Schrader TPMS Innovation
Making Schrader TPMS Innovations Your Own
With manufacturing, sales, laboratory, and technical development facilities across U.S., Europe and Asia, Schrader is a driving force within the Industrial & Automotive group of Tomkins, a global engineering company. Nearly 100 years after August Schrader introduced the first pneumatic tire valve in 1891, Schrader invented tire pressure monitoring technology. We developed the first TPMS system 1991, and installed our first commercial system on a vehicle in 1992. Today, we supply many of the leading OEM car manufacturers in the world, including GM®, Ford®, Daimler®, Chrysler®, Nissan® and Renault®.
We pursue innovations that garner results for manufacturers through ease of integration, cost per unit and, above all else, quality, which brands can depend on to deliver safe, competitive automobiles to the market.
